EDA was responsible for master planning of this 359 acre industrial development and for guiding it through the zoning and subdivision process. EDA also provided traffic, civil and environmental engineering, including street, water and sewer design. Site planning and architectural design were also among the many services provided for the development. ACC Park design is divided into four phases in two counties, and across two airport districts.
