American Research, Inc. is a growing computer systems firm who has elected to relocate their headquarters to Cary's MacGregor Business Park. The new building houses American Research Inc.'s offices in half of the building while leasing the other half to other business tenants.

The plans combine the owner's request to include outdoor spaces and balconies to take advantage of the park setting, while maintaining a high degree of flexibility in the tenant lease spaces and a lower level parking deck. The exterior of the building is a combination of brick and glass adhering to the business park's and the Town of Cary's appearance criteria.
