The Amphitheater was designed as part of the "Bradford on the Green" Convention Center and Amphitheater Complex. The Amphitheater is designed to seat 6,000 people under an open air roof with approximately 14,000 additional grass seats. The facility shares support services and space with the proposed Convention Center, including food service, concessions, office, security, maintenance, and loading docks. Site development features tree lined pedestrian walkways radiating from the stage into the parking areas. Concession and ticket facilities are located along the central walkway to service "tailgating" parties before the concert.

To complement the Amphitheater, a convention center, hotel and retail space is also incorporated on the site. With dual access from Highway 264 and Old Pactolus Road, the complex will provide the people of Eastern North Carolina the unique opportunity to enjoy stage entertainment, convention and banquet events, shopping and dining in the comprehensive development.
