Cumberland County Central Library
In June of 1986 Cumberland County opened it's Central Library, a key downtown redevelopment project. Today, it continues to be recognized as one of Cumberland County's most outstanding public facilities.

| EDA provided programming, design and construction administration for this 80,000 square foot facility which was designed to centralize three area libraries into one downtown location. This state-of-the-art facility houses a foreign language area, computer areas, research, education, culture, and reference information centers. It also provides children with an after school study program and entertainment center. |  |
