Fayetteville Police Station & Administration Complex

To resolve the City's need for a larger, up to date Police Administration Facility, EDA proposed three options, ranging from adaptive reuse to new construction. When it was determined that the most economical and feasible solution was to construct a new facility, EDA prepared a master plan and site analysis for a municipal governmental complex.

EDA prepared architectural and engineering design plans which incorporated state of the art facilities for police activities while maintaining the historical qualities of the downtown area.

The new 71,000 square foot, 2 story City Police Station was situated to maximize "street appeal", provide accessibility and allow for future expansion to house up to 455 personnel.
