Gingko Square Office Center II
As a second phase to the Gingko Square Office Renovation, this new building was designed in a compatible architectural style with the original building. Many of the same exterior elements, brick stretcher coursing and roof eaves, were borrowed from the original building.

The
main entrance includes an open, two-story atrium, fully landscaped,
and with a rear glass walled elevator. A partial basement for
mechanical equipment and storage is provided at the backside of
the sloping site.
