Greenville Public Works Campus

Design of a new traffic services facility as well as an addition to the Public Works Administration Building, and renovation of the signal Maintenance Shop.

These changes will accommodate increased personnel and the additional space required to maintain the new computerized traffic signals and controller boxes for the City. The new addition will house the main terminal and components of the computerized traffic signal control system.

The project was constructed in 2 phases around existing ongoing public works operations.

  • Renovated Personnel Areas
  • Heated/Non Heated Storage Areas & Mezzanines
  • Paved Equipment & Truck Parking
  • Outside Material Storage
  • Sign Fabrication Shop
  • Relocation/additions/renovations for 4 divisions
  • Work Areas including electronics bench lab for preprogramming & testing of signal control boxes
