The Corporate Headquarters Building for the Mid South Insurance Company opened in 1991. Designed by EDA, the facility houses corporate administrative activities and additional lease space within a 69,000 square foot building.

The building was constructed at a cost of $3,385,000 or $54.00 per square foot. Costs included all landscaping and construction of a 250 space parking lot.
