Repairs/renovations of a 39,000 square foot old hospital to convert it to the County Health Department Facility.

The work included:

  • Interior plaster repair
  • Exterior finish coatings
  • Flashing repair
  • Ceiling repairs
  • Medical Records addition (In a second contract EDA designed an addition to serve as a 1,500 square foot Records Department.)
