Pitt County Economic Development Technology Incubator

The Technology Incubator was developed to encourage the creation and development of technology based businesses in the Greenville area. The County purchased a 60,000 square foot abandoned apparel plant to convert to the business incubator. A key component of the Incubator's layout is the use of common/shared laboratory areas including:

  • Wet lab space
  • Commonly used laboratory equipment
  • Centrifuges
  • Concentrators
  • Incubators
  • Clean up areas
